Innovative Adolescent Interventions
Discover Learning is an innovative research project developed by the Centre for the Developing Adolescents at the University of California, Berkeley. The project aims to generate new insights into early intervention opportunities for improving the life trajectories of adolescents in Tanzania and to explore how these scientific insights can be translated into effective intervention strategies
Camara was a technology partner for the project responsible for providing all hardware and software needed for project implementation. As a technology partner, our role was to provide technical support for the project for two years. From the design of android apps, to provision of ICT equipment (tablets, projectors, power etc) for student’s sessions to the use of WhatsApp chatbots and USSD short code, our role was to deliver appropriate tech solutions to support the project impact
