The Porticus project aimed at providing students with a 21st-century level of digital literacy, and by doing so improving the
educational outcomes in schools.

Installation of 25 e-Learning centres in 25 secondary schools
in Dar es Salaam, Manyara, Kilimanjaro and Katavi. Each centre is equipped with 25 computers, an educational server, LAN and an education repository. Project Report
